  • Providing day-to-day legal support to Bolt’s business teams - including operations, product, and commercial functions - while assisting, under supervision, in the review of products, features, and initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drafting and assisting, under supervision, in the management of various legal documents, such as agreements, end-user terms of use, consumer disclosures.
  • Identifying recurring legal queries and contributing to the development of self-service tools like templates, playbooks, and FAQs to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Tax, Privacy, Policy, and other Legal colleagues, to ensure coordinated legal support.
  • Assisting with pre-litigation and litigation matters, including coordination with external legal counsel.

About you:

  • You have a law degree and 1–3 years of legal experience, ideally from a top law firm and/or an in-house role at an international company. Experience in fast-paced or tech environments is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Polish and English, with excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
  • You have a background in contract and commercial law, consumer protection, and legal aspects of technology companies.
  • You are familiar with AI tools and legal tech solutions to streamline legal work and increase efficiency.
  • You are proactive, well-organised, and analytical thinker, with strong attention to detail, a hands-on and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time.

It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of the future!

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!
